Know a clinic that needs better software? Introduce them.
Sulaia brings bookings, patient records, messaging, payments and an AI receptionist together for aesthetics clinics. If you work with clinics, you can introduce them to Sulaia and earn a share of their subscription for their first year. Approved partners get a personal link, a code and clear rules.
Sulaia launches publicly on 4 January 2027. We are accepting applications now. No commission is earned or paid before launch.

How it works
Apply
Tell us who you are and how you work with clinics. We review every application by hand and reply within five working days.
Introduce
Share your personal link or code. After launch you can also register a clinic you have introduced in your partner area. The clinic always sees that a partner introduced them.
Earn
When an introduced clinic becomes a paying Sulaia customer and stays for 60 days, your commission starts. We send a statement each quarter and pay by bank transfer.
What partners earn
Partners
20% of the clinic's net subscription fees (before VAT, after any discounts) for the clinic's first 12 paid months. Commission becomes payable after a 60-day hold and is paid quarterly in arrears once your balance reaches 50 GBP. Usage charges, add-ons and payment processing are not included.
Sulaia clinics
When a clinic you introduce has paid its second monthly invoice, we credit your account with one month of your plan fee and give the new clinic the same credit. Clinic referrals earn account credit, never cash.
In plain words: this is not a guaranteed income. Commission depends on the clinic choosing Sulaia and paying for it.
Rules and eligibility
- You must be 18 or over and, if you are a business, able to sign on its behalf.
- You cannot refer a clinic you own, direct, work for or have a financial interest in, and clinics that are already Sulaia customers or already in conversation with us do not qualify.
- If you help decide which software a clinic buys, tell the clinic owner about this programme before they sign up. You cannot be the decision-maker at a clinic you refer.
- Clinicians are welcome. If you are a doctor, nurse, dentist or other registered professional, check your regulator's rules (for example the GMC, NMC or GDC) and your employer's policies first. We pay only for software subscriptions, never for patients, prescriptions or treatments.
- Label promotional posts clearly as advertising, for example with "Ad". Do not make claims about clinical results, prescription-only medicines or regulatory approval, and do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Partners may join from any market our website serves: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland and Arabic-speaking markets. Country tax terms apply, and we confirm them with you before your first payment.
- You are responsible for your own tax. If you are VAT registered we will agree a self-billing arrangement with you.
- The full Partner Terms are being finalised. We send them to you before approval, and nothing is binding until you accept them.
Questions partners ask
Who can apply?
Anyone who works with aesthetics clinics and agrees to the Partner Terms. We approve applications by hand and may decline without giving a reason.
How do you know a clinic came from me?
Through your link, your code typed into our forms, or, once the partner area opens, a clinic you register there. The first partner recorded for a clinic is the one we pay. We do not use tracking cookies.
When does commission start?
After the clinic's first paid invoice and a 60-day period during which its subscription stays active. Nothing is earned or paid before Sulaia launches.
How and when am I paid?
Quarterly, by bank transfer, once your balance is at least 50 GBP. We send a statement, or a self-billed invoice if you are VAT registered.
What if a clinic cancels or gets a refund?
Commission on refunded or charged-back invoices is reversed. Later cancellations simply stop future commission.
Can I refer my own clinic or a second site?
No. Clinics you own or work for are not eligible. Existing Sulaia clinics should use the clinic referral credit instead.
Can I promote Sulaia on social media?
Yes, with a clear "Ad" label and without claims about clinical results, medicines or regulatory approval. We provide approved wording and brand assets.
Does the clinic know I introduced them?
Yes. The partner code is shown on the form the clinic completes, and a clinic you register must confirm the introduction by email before it counts.
Can I apply from outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. Partners may apply from any market our website serves. Tax and payment terms differ by country, and we confirm the terms for your country before your first payment.
